What I do Industrial design isn't my biggest strength, its just a very productive outlet for my real gift.... IDEAS! I'm full of ideas and love a new challenge or project, I am also a genuine problem solver with the patience and determination of a saint.
As a designer, I am very thorough, pragmatic, and meticulous. "Seek to understand, then be understood" would be an appropriate quote to describe the way I approach things. Certainly not someone to rush something, I'd rather pull an all-nighter and take my time than do a rush job just for a good nights sleep.
Favourite sources are the blogs Core77 (industrial design), Engadget (consumer electronics/technology), Contemporist (contemporary design), ikea hackers (modified/re-purposed ikea products), and Webecoist (environment/sustainability). I also read the magazines Wallpaper, Develop 3D, and esquire, as well as my collection of cycling, engineering, design, and business books.
